Default Just ran 12.9 at 110MPH this AM at Thompson

99 DD ranger

I changed the tune more aggressive timing, more fuel off idle to spool the turbo better fixed a turbo gasket leak and it paid off.

I am able to spool big boost on the line but had to back off a time or 2 to keep the tires hooked.

2.2 60'
88 MPH 8th
8.5sec 8th
110.02 MPH 1/4
12.97 sec

I made 3 passes 109.6, 110.02 and 109.6 MPH, 2 passes went 12.90's and one 13.00.

25-26PSI All pump gas driven to and from the track, Alc injection, 100% stock auto trany has not slipped yet.

Hey, sorry to jack ur thread, but what did you do run in your injection? Methanol, Alchohol, NitroMeth, or a mix? Im plannin on runnin injection on muy rig, and would appreciate your experience with runnin it. Very impressive times especially with that trans, hope you have a spare laying around

I think it is, it's 116+ oct. One gal lasts a few weeks for me. It takes a different tune to run it or it will run to rich at wot.

I think heat is like 10.30 a gallon. But you should be able to buy methanol race gas for like 6 to 7 a gallon. Head has a indefinate shelf life, which is a bonus. Also you can buy a 4 pack and have it in the truck at all times. People probubly think your cooking meth buying all that denatured alchol. For those that don't know. Methanol can be made from wood or crude oil, and rumored hemp.
