I was never able to find someone to send me a stock tune for the truck. I have been having a hard time getting sct tell me what I need to do to sent them the programmer so it can be unmarried.

Been driving the truck using a 2.5" calibration tube with the 2.5L injectors. gas mileage seems to suck, but its hard to keep my foot out of it.

I would definitely like to have it tuned but I don't know any one in my area.

If you are willing to road trip a couple hours the guy who tunes my stuff is in Owensboro. I'm sure he could get you lined out pretty easily

Just want to let you guys know that the sct sf3 i have has a strategy tune for the 2.3L ecu in my ranger. there are a few parameters I can change like octane, spark by rpm, tire size, and rpm limit, ect. I had to send it to SCT to get it unlocked.

Being that I come from a honda back ground, I am mostly familiar with those types of ecu and programming.

How safe is it to turn up the RPM limit? Honda ecu have to be programmed with a new map that would have fuel tables and spark tables past the old rpm limit in order to do this safely.

With the sf3 and how the ford pcm work does it build a new map?
